Our team is made up of specialists on the development of CRM and ERP business systems. We have gradually added HW specialists to our team and started collaborating with top HW developers and data centre service specialists. Throughout our fast growth, we have transferred all our processes into information systems and that is why every component, every service call and every client request are all closely monitored.
Times are constantly speeding up and it is necessary to adapt quickly. Our company is working on its own server models which allow us to enter areas that are closed for standard data centres or whose efficiency coefficient is different by orders of magnitude.
Our company has come up with its own development in the field of manufacturing, service and construction of data centres for future technologies that will allow us to attain a key position in new technologies and thus solidify our position on the international market.

Meet our team
Vladimír Vencálek
CEO
Up until 2013, he was specialized in enterprise information systems, mostly at the position of a Senior Solution Architect. Ever since 2013, he’s been interested in blockchain and HW. In 2016, he and his team launched a first small data centre which grew quickly and in 2017, it was already one of the leaders in the field of blockchain/fog computing data centres. In 2018, Invictus Solutions expanded by another data centre and nowadays it is one of the largest players in the field of private GPU data centres in the Czech Republic/EU. Vladimír likes technology, new HW, mathematics, blockchain and in his free time, he also creates community projects such as Kryp(t)okec.
Karel Fillner
Has been interested in Bitcoin since 2012. At first, he was only engaged in the daily trading on the bitcoin market, but now he is constantly exploring more options related to the development of cryptocurrencies. He is the president of BACCA (Crypto-banking association) and holds public presentations, lectures and courses on bitcoin, offers consultations and writes his blog www.btctip.cz – and he’s enjoying it more and more every day.
Janka Čučová
Assistant to the CEO
Jana has graduated from the Faculty of Education and has over 20 years of experience in various fields. Her experience is mostly related to the outsourcing of IT services, marketing, creation of products for CA and managing the operation of offices. In Invictus solutions s.r.o., she is the assistant to the CEO, does simple bookkeeping and communicates with the external accountant. She speaks five languages and her hobbies are her family, yoga, music, mental coaching, work with stones and travelling.
Monika Šivošová
Back-office
Monika has 12 years of experience in finance. She has held several positions in IBM Slovakia for 8 years – financial analyst, controlling, cash management and worked as an accountant for Ahold for 4 years. At Invictus solutions s.r.o., she works in the position of back office. She is responsible for invoices, agreements, complaints, reporting and communication with clients. Her hobbies mostly include her dog and travelling.
Lumír Lindovský
Service director
Lumír has been in the field of IT for over 20 years. He started working as a SW tester and gradually, he made his way through Microsoft technologies (with several certificates) all the way to Linux. When he was working as a network administrator, he successfully passed the CCNA exam and went on to work with network technologies and administrate MikroTik technologies for their functionality, availability, price and quality. Some of his clients made him create some macros in Excel, which piqued his interest so much that he can now achieve very complicated things with the help of Excel macros. He would like to take care of the complete IT infrastructure in Invictus solutions s.r.o., whether alone, or as the leader of a group of IT experts. In his free time, family and sports are everything to him. Ice hockey, badminton, cycling, in-line skates, skiing, swimming.
Daniel Muller
Service technician
Information technology has always been Daniel’s passion, and in the recent years, it’s also been Blockchain and cryptocurrencies. He originally worked on the design and development of web applications in PHP, database and front-end coding, and gradually, he started being interested and gaining experience in HW construction with subsequent rental. Thanks to this field and large interest in this work, he joined Invictus solutions s.r.o. in 2018, where he builds and services computing power.
Milan Pillar
Service technician
Milan has been into computers since he was 5 years old and has taken them more seriously since he was about 17. After graduating from high school, he started working at Hewlett Packard, where he spent 3 years dealing with the reparation of faulty servers from the production and pre-tests for heavier burdens. He also has experience with welding within large contracts all across Europe. He joined Invictus solutions s.r.o. in 2018, where he works as a technician supervisor. His biggest hobbies are computer games, welding and books.
